Credits are consumed when the AI request is sent - not based on whether you're happy with the result. If the output is clearly broken (blank, error message, garbled text), email us with a screenshot and we'll review it manually.

PDF rendering can vary slightly across browsers. Try using Chrome for the most accurate export. If the issue persists, email us with your resume ID and a screenshot of the problem.

Referral credits arrive in two stages: +15 when your friend creates an account, and +5 more when they complete their first AI tailor run. If neither has arrived after 24 hours, email us with your referral code and your friend's signup email.

All purchases are final, we don't offer refunds. We strongly recommend using your 30 free signup credits to evaluate the product before buying. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.

Results improve with a detailed resume and a complete job description. Try pasting the full JD (not just the title) and make sure your resume has specific achievements, not just duties. You can re-run the tailor as many times as you need.

If you signed up with Google, make sure you're using the same Google account. For email/password accounts, use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. If neither works, email us with the address you used to sign up.

Email addresses cannot be changed on an existing account. If you need to use a different email, you'll need to create a new account with that address.
